SMS - CBA Insurance

From 1 July 2024 the sender name for SMS messages we use to communicate with you about your insurance policies will show as Hollard instead of CBA Ins.

This change is due to guidance from ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority), and our desire to help keep our customers safe from scams.
