When Hollard customers lodge their claims for their vehicle, they are looking for a high quality and reliable service. We are committed to delivering high levels of customer service and work with a network of motor suppliers who share this commitment and consistently perform quality repairs in a timely and professional manner.

Our approved motor suppliers are expected to:

Be in a geographical area convenient to Hollard Insurance customers
Propose potential repair volume
Offer exceptional customer service
Deliver cost-effective, high-quality repairs
Commit to working with our assessing systems and procedures
Have the necessary facilities, equipment levels and business processes
Employ qualified and competent staff
Comply with the Motor Vehicle Insurance and Repair Industry Code of Conduct

Interested in becoming part of the Hollard Repairer Network?

Once we receive your completed form, we will review it and start an assessment. You may be sent a questionnaire to complete so that we can assess your suitability. We will advise you of whether we currently have a need to engage additional repairers for your geographical area within 14 calendar days.

To determine whether there is a need for a supplier in your area, we consider factors such as claim volumes, the potential for future customer growth, whether Hollard has a need for additional suppliers in your area and the type of repair services required in your area.
