Support for vulnerable customers
At Hollard, we aim to provide the right support for our customers when they are experiencing vulnerability.
We understand everyone’s situation and needs will be different, which is why we have extra care options in place to give additional support to customers who are experiencing vulnerability. This can be common when they are going though events linked to an insurance claim, such as loss or damage to their home or car.
