The time has come to move to Hollard Broker Portal (ClaimCenter) for your claim lodgements!
As a Steadfast broker, you should now have received an email from us with details about accessing our Hollard Broker Portal, otherwise known as ClaimCenter.
If you haven’t seen this email yet, please reach out to bemclaims@hollard.com.au and we’ll ensure you get the access credentials you need.

Hollard's faster claimsNew features are available for the Hollard Broker Portal
Some are small fixes that you may not notice, while others are more obvious and are intended to make it faster and easier for you to submit claims for your clients. These features include:
- Google Maps integration for easy location identification
- Editable vehicle model to note damage
- Ability to edit claims after initial lodgement
- Visibility of closed claims within the dashboard
- Updated flow, questions and answers, and improved error messaging
If you’re not already using the Hollard Broker Portal, it’s a great time to give it a try.

Hollard Broker Portal has been set up so that you can use your single sign on (or SSO) to save logging in individually each time you need to lodge a claim with Hollard. And we’ve got multifactor authentication too, so your client’s details are secure.

What is the Hollard Broker Portal
Hollard Broker Portal is the place where you can lodge your Hollard Commercial Business Insurance and Hollard Personal Insurance claims for your clients and check on their progress. This streamlined system replaced the previous online form for most claims.
It’s faster than traditional claim lodgement, you’ll get access to a claim number immediately on submission of the claim, and you can use the portal whenever and wherever you like.
