Landlord - from 19 November 2022
Landlord PDS
The following PDSs and associated documentation will apply to all new business quoted and bound on, or after 19 November 2022 and renewals with an effective date on, or after 31 December 2022.
In addition the PDSs will apply to the following:
- Any new business quotes generated on or after 19 November 2022
- All renewal invitations generated and reply/edits to renewals on or after 19 November 2022
- Any amendments to a new business quote or renewal invitation generated before, but effective after 19 November 2022.

Getting started
The process of working with us is simple
If you have an integrated broking system, you will receive instructions from Steadfast detailing how to complete the set up for these products. If you use a non-integrated broking system please contact your vendor to complete the set up.
If this is the first time dealing with us, complete our application form and email your form to apply@hollardinsurance.com.au.
Hollard's Terms of Trade apply to all brokers transacting Hollard Personal Insurance products via SCTP.
Support for vulnerable customers
We recognise that our customers may find themselves in difficult circumstances, particularly when a claim event occurs. We have developed an Extra Care Process to provide additional support to our customers who may be experiencing vulnerability due to their circumstances, including personal circumstances that are not directly related to insurance.
