How to make a claim

Our Commercial Motor claims are managed by InsurX who provide the expertise and technology for an end-to-end claims management service. We are also able to leverage Hollard group agreements for repair, salvage and recovery networks, ensuring the best possible level of service.

To make a claim

Brokers can submit a Commercial Motor claim:

Support for vulnerable customers

We recognise that our customers may find themselves in difficult circumstances, particularly when a claim event occurs. We have developed an Extra Care Process to provide additional support to our customers who may be experiencing vulnerability due to their circumstances, including personal circumstances that are not directly related to insurance.
