Make a claim
In the event of a Business Interruption claim, we encourage policyholders to contact their broker to lodge a claim. Business Interruption policyholders can lodge a claim at any time and we are committed to assessing these claims efficiently.
When lodging a claim, consideration should also be given to the financial loss the policyholder may have suffered and what documentation will be required to assist our claims team to quantify the loss. We have developed a Business Interruption Claims – Financial Calculation Guide to help explain the calculations and the documentation requirements for a Business Interruption claim.
In order to assist us with assessing a Business Interruption claim we request that you gather and keep as evidence of the Business Interruption losses. Download a list of the documents required as evidence of loss for the Business Interruption claim.
