How the process works
In the event of an EMERGENCY claim:
Call Ambrose Construct Group on 1300 262 767.
Mention that you have a policy with Hollard Commercial and provide:
- the policy number
- loss address
- details of the incident
Report the claim to Hollard Commercial via our online Broker Claims Portal. Please make note that you have appointed Ambrose Construct Group directly.
Our Claims team will then work with Ambrose Construct Group and undertake any further action as required.
Note: this service is intended for emergency repairs only at the time of a claim.
